Oliver was a branding and menu assignment given to me in college. I was tasked with fabricating a fine dining and upscale bar atmosphere with the name “Oliver.” I wanted to make a minimal, faux-hipster-gothic-speakeasy atmosphere with this brand. Someplace to sit down, imbibe inventive cocktails and indulge in incredible bar food. After a few revisions I think I made a simple and highly functional end product. I would definitely like to eat here.
